REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling or rescheduling services booked with LA ROCA CLEANING AND CONSTRUCTION GROUP LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you agree to the following:

Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. -
No-Show Policy
If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, or if the client fails to be present when required, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and a fee may apply. -
Refunds
Refunds are not typically offered once services have been rendered, as cleaning and construction services are time- and labor-based.
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-cleaning or partial credit toward future services. -
Service Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality of cleaning and construction services. If any part of your service does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so we can address the concern. -
Changes to Scheduled Services
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff availability, severe weather, or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be contacted promptly to reschedule. -
